What is Humi?

Humi is a mobile app for cigar enthusiasts to manage their humidors, catalog their cigar collection, monitor humidity pack status, and receive AI-powered cigar recommendations.

Is Humi free to use?

Yes! Humi offers a free tier that lets you manage 1 humidor with up to 25 cigars. Premium and Connoisseur plans unlock additional humidors, AI chat, analytics, and more.

How do I track my humidor's humidity pack?

Each humidor has a humidity pack status indicator. Green means recently changed (0-60 days), orange means it's getting old (61-90 days), and red means it's time to replace (90+ days). You can update the last changed date at any time.

What currencies are supported?

Humi supports South African Rand (ZAR), US Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR), British Pound (GBP), Canadian Dollar (CAD), and Australian Dollar (AUD).

How does the AI assistant work?

The AI assistant analyzes your cigar collection and preferences to provide personalized recommendations, pairing suggestions, and answers to cigar-related questions. It's available on Premium and Connoisseur plans.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored on secure cloud infrastructure with row-level security ensuring only you can access your collection data.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the app. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. See our full cancellation policy below.

Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you're unsatisfied with the service, contact us within 7 days of your payment and we'll work with you to resolve the issue. See our full refund policy below.

Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Humi. If you're not satisfied, here's how refunds work:

Within 7 days of payment: Contact us at support@myhumi.app for a full refund. No questions asked.
After 7 days: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We'll do our best to find a fair resolution.
Technical issues: If a technical issue prevents you from using the service, we will issue a full refund or credit your account for the affected period.
Processing time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Humi subscription at any time. Here's what to expect:

How to cancel: Go to your Profile in the app and tap "Cancel Subscription", or contact us at support@myhumi.app.
Access after cancellation: You'll continue to have access to your premium features until the end of your current billing period.
No partial refunds: Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle. There are no partial-period refunds for unused time.
Data retention: Your data remains intact after cancellation. You can continue using the free tier or resubscribe at any time.
Resubscription: You can resubscribe to any plan at any time from the app. Your collection data will still be there.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what's needed: your email, name, and cigar collection data.
We never sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
All data is encrypted and stored securely using industry-standard infrastructure.
You can request to export or delete all your data at any time.
AI chat data is processed by OpenAI only when you use the AI feature (Premium+).
